Integrity Program

Code of Ethics and Conduct
Ciar employees and managers receive a copy of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and adhere to it, as it is the cornerstone of our Integrity Program. It is a way of expressing how we want to live our values and conduct our business.
This Code of Ethics and Conduct applies to everyone who works at Ciar , as well as to its suppliers, consultants, and all third parties with whom we interact.

Ethics Hotline
In accordance with our standards of integrity and transparency, Ciar maintains a confidential communication channel called the Transparent Hotline, available 24/7 to all company employees, customers, suppliers, and third parties.
This channel allows for the reporting of any conduct that violates the Code of Conduct or its principles. The Audit Department is responsible for receiving and analyzing reports from the Transparent Hotline, treating all information provided as strictly confidential to the extent permitted by applicable law.
